How do I watch live events on your platform?
  1. Choose the live event you’d like to purchase and click on this link from the home page.
  2. Review and ensure you are happy with your selection and the price and choose Login if you have an account or Sign Up if this is your first time on Streems.com.au – Once you have signed up & logged in select the video you would like to purchase and click Order Now
  3. Once you have successfully checked out, you will be automatically directed to the video. If you are prepurchasing, simply log back in at the scheduled time for the stream to start and the video will be available for you to watch.

What should I do if the stream isn’t loading properly or keeps freezing?

First thing you should do is a reset of your device that you’re watching it from and also your router if connected via wifi. Once you’ve completed this, perform a speed test via www.speedtest.net – to watch in HD you will need at least 5-10Mbps download. If you are not receiving this you will need to trouble shoot this issue with your internet provider. If you are still experiencing problems, please email us immediately and include the speed test results.

Do I need to create an account to watch a live stream?

Yes, we capture limited information when you check out, ensuring you enter the correct information will help us provide you assistance if the need arises.

Can I purchase the stream if I'm overseas?

Yes. Stripe is our payment processor. We accept cards from all over the world but you will need to ensure that your card issuer has approved online transactions with Australian based merchants. We also accept Google Pay & Apple Pay via Stripe.

What devices can I use to watch live streams?

Our player allows you to use any smartphone, tablet, desktop, laptop or smart TV to watch events. We have also deployed HLS Streaming technology to allow you to cast this to compatible TVs.

Can I watch a stream after the event has ended (on-demand)?

Yes. We commit to having the live stream up within 1 business day however in most instances the replay is available within 1-2 hours after the event has finished.

 

Can I share a live stream with my friends or on social media?

No. Our terms of service strictly prohibit the sharing of accounts with others and our anti-piracy software restricts and will ban users from accessing the website if they’re found to abuse this.

Can I access streams from previous events if I missed them live?

Absolutely! From the home page, choose to either use the search function located in the top right hand side of the website or scroll down to ‘Past Events’

 

Are the live streams available in HD quality, and can I adjust the video resolution?

We have deployed HLS technology on our live streams that dynamically adjust the video quality based on your network conditions.

 

How do I register to host a live stream event on your platform?

Can I broadcast the live stream in my bar / pub / gym?
